My stepdad dosent let me play xbox online, he thinks i have no social life when im out every day my mates play?
im 16 years old and all my friends play xbox and ps3 online every day, when we first got the internet in my house it was new to us and we played it quite alot and then my stepdad got rid of the internet, we have now got the internet back but he says we arent going back to the stage of having xbox live ? its really bad because it rains alot and i havent got anything to do when it rains and i ask my friends what there doing and they all say playing on the xbox, they keep saying you coming on tonight and then say oh no u cant, haaha since im out every day my stepdad should understand that i dont want to play it like i used to just on the odd ocascion but he just wont listen and wont compramise, what do i dolike i said i go out every day, near enough all day i just want to play when it rains i have nothing atoll to do when it rains L

im looking to buy an xbox to play call of duty online. i just bought a 4gb xbox 360 comes with controller , call of duty game, hdmi cabe to for hd, 12 month xbox live membership, and a battery charger for the controller. is there anything i need right away to play call of duty online in hd right now?

Why is my internet soo slow and laggy when i play xbox online?
Okay, well here in australia im with iprimus and im getting 300gb of data a month with plan speed of 24m 1m but i did online tests speedtest.net and my download speed is only 1.3mbps is this right??i also did a ping test, but thats only 30ms which is rated 'A' so it's not the line.... my main concern is my xbox though it's super laggy when i play games online and it always quit halfway through.... but this might be the case because im using wireless?aghhh i need answers to be able to get no lag while playing games... sooooooo annoying...do you think it would be necessary to buy one of these?techbuy.com.au p 160639 index.aspbecause it my be the wireless that is causing the lag......my modem is Netgear DG834Gmy router is Belkin F5D8236 4 v2 p.s. on my belkin router the modem light is always flashing orange, the inter net light is off and the other lights are blue, im not sure if the flashing modem light ahs anything to do with it...but i can still connect to the internet like by my laptop and other thing wireless which is weird...sorry this is soo long
