Can we display our psn id on our xbox profile without having to worry about being banned?

Why Can't I move my xbox profile to the cloud?
I'm using the new xbox dashboard update and it said i was able to put my profile on the cloud, to make for easier recovery of my profile on a friends xbox. The problem is all I can see is how to move saves onto the cloud, how can I put my profile on there? Is this possible? Profile recovery just takes forever and is troublesome, because when my brother set my profile up for me years ago, he forgot the password to the Windows Live ID. I should just call xbox and get the password recovered, i just don't want to sound like someone trying to steal someone else's profile. I would appreciate any help Thanks, Derik McCausland
