Where do I go to put in my xbox support ticket to check up on the status of my problem?
I had recently been hacked on my 360 about a week ago I called xbox support they were very helpful but at the end i was given a support and he told me to go to xbox.com and put in that code in order to check up on how they were handling it.. well ive been all through out xbox.com and the support section and have no idea where to put in my code..

Xbox support is telling me i have a modded xbox when i dont!?
this is complete BS. this new update as of april 19 2011. is giving me a error code of c000 0001 i call support they tell me that code means i have a modded xbox which i don't. they kept asking me if i bought it new which i did. they don't say much more except there's nothing they can do. i asked if i can send in my xbox and they can fucking look at it and see that it's not modded. they say no that dosen't meet the requirements to send it in. so i tell them soo what i wasted 300$ of my fucking money because of yalls mistake they pretty much tell me im sorry theres nothing they can do...............SO WHAT DO I DO???? wow im tired of buying Vaseline from microsoft so they can fuck me with it

I want to request a repair for my xbox on the xbox support site. I got through all the details, past where it asks if i want the label emailed or mailed, and then it says " SITE UNAVAILABLE try again later" but i wait and It keeps doing this and it's so annoying. Has anyone had any trouble with the site? will i have to phone them instead? i don't know the number.p.s this is XBOX Australia

so i was talking to an associate at xbox support, and he was not helping me at all, so then i asked if i can talk to his supervisor..after 10 mins, he gave it to the supervisor but the thing was that the supervisor really didnt help at all and he spoke broken english..i asked to talk to someone else available who was on the same level as him or higher than him...HE HUNG UP ON ME. is their anyway i can complain, or someone else higher i can talk to?
